Join us for a fun and engaging Virtual Canine Conditioning & Fitness Course designed to help your dog build strength, improve mobility, and develop better body awareness — all from the comfort of your home!

This live, interactive class meets via Google Meets, making it easy to fit fitness into your weekly routine. Guided by structured, low-impact exercises, you and your dog will learn safe and effective strength-building movements that support joint health, stability, and overall conditioning.

Throughout the course, we will focus on:

  • Low-impact strength exercises to build core and stabilizing muscles

  • Gentle stretching techniques to improve flexibility

  • Mobility drills to support joint health and range of motion

  • Proprioception (body awareness) exercises to help dogs move more confidently and efficiently

This course is ideal for dogs of all ages and activity levels — from young, growing pups learning coordination to active adults and senior dogs needing joint-friendly conditioning. All exercises are designed to be adaptable and achievable using common household items.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your dog’s athletic performance, support injury prevention, or simply provide enriching physical activity, this course will give you practical tools and techniques you can continue using long after the session ends.

Let’s build stronger, more confident canine athletes together!
